Success
Stories
In
November, 2003 the La Casa Center for Autism held their
first ever fundraising event. A golf
tournament and auction was held at the prestigious Crosby
Golf Club in Rancho Sante Fe, California. With an aggressive
goal to earn over $75,000 for a first time event, La
Casa used AuctionMaestroPro to organize their donors,
sponsors, and attendees. They tracked their donated
items, produced their catalog and bid sheets, and flawlessly
checked out the guests with an efficient cashiering
system. Because the software was managing their pre
event processes efficiently, they were able to focus
their limited manpower on procuring auction items, developing
their audience, and taking care of their guests needs.
In
the end, over $200,000 was raised from this first-time
event and the efficiency of AuctionMaestro Pro was given
credit for helping make it happen.
