At MaestroSoft, we have a fully-equipped training room, designed to hold groups of up to eight people for software training events! This is the perfect opportunity for you to become a “Super User”.

Our experts will walk you through every square inch of the AuctionMaestro Pro software, and will give you helpful hints for having a better organized, more successful, and more enjoyable event, from the earliest planning stages to the after-auction audit!

Course Contents

The MaestroClass course consists of two 2-hour sessions.

Session A covers…

  • Database maintenance
  • Database set-up
  • Entering people
  • Creating filters for people records
  • Entering items
  • Packaging items together, and …
  • All the helpful general reports that you can print or export out of the software.

Session B covers…

  • Assigning auction types and item numbers to auction items
  • Setting up tables and meals
  • Selling corporate tables
  • Registering people for the event
  • Creating the catalogs, certificates, table tents, bid sheets, etc., and … “Day of Event” software operation

Each session lasts two hours. Ample time is available at the end of the second course for an extensive Q&A session where you are free to ask questions of the facilitator or to share ideas among other course attendees participating in the training session.

Pricing

Each MaestroClass consists of two session (A and B.) Both of these sessions are included in the price and are available in three ways:

Tele-Training

Setup a conference call between a MaestroSoft Certified Trainer and your organization. This is the most convient way to bring the our expertise to you. Ideally, Session A is conducted 4-6 months prior the event. Session is conducted 6-8 weeks prior to the event.

Cost: $500 – First Person
$100 – Each additional Person

In-Office Training

Come to MaestroSoft’s office and learn in our Training Room. This training is hands on and is a great way to have a more interactive learning experience. In-Office Training is conducted over two consecutive days. Session A is held at 2PM on the 1st day and Session B is held at 10AM on 2nd day. In-Office Sessions may contain more than one organization.

Cost: $400 per person

On-Site Training

Bring a MaestroSoft Certified Trainer to your organization. This is ideal for organizations who are not in the Seattle area or have a large number of employees who require training.

Cost: $2000 plus airfare, hotel and car rental.
