Accounts issued by SMS are subject to SMS account fees:
$250 annual fee, $125 PCI compliance fee, $5 monthly regulatory fee, $0.22 transaction fee, $3.50 per AMEX transaction fee.
An early termination fee may apply at $295 for year 1 and $195 for years 2 & 3, and no termination fee after 3 years.
